Visit us in-store at our Davenport Iowa location or call for information on our local in-home furniture delivery services available for Quad Cities and surrounding area customers. Our local delivery option includes scheduled delivery for a specific day and time window of your choice. Choose from in-home delivery as well as assembly and set-up options. Standard Curbside Delivery - Included
This delivery service is offered at no additional cost. Your furniture will be shipped with a standard truckline carrier. Furniture is shipped in manufacturer boxes and packaged for easier handling. Someone will need to be home to sign for and receive the delivery from a semi which will require road access in which it can either drive straight through or turn around if needed. Tracking information and a phone number to call to schedule delivery are provided once shipped.

Option: Standard Curbside Delivery - With Liftgate
Standard curbside delivery (same as above) but changes delivery to an optional smaller truck with a motorized liftgate on the back of the truck. The liftgate allows for larger furniture to be lowered down from the truck to ground level for easier handling.

Option: First Door Outside Delivery - Ground Level
Changes delivery to an optional smaller truck with liftgate service and adds driver delivery of furniture up to the first outside door they come in contact with or into a garage on the ground level. Boxes are typically wheeled in on a dolly or two-wheeler but are not delivered inside the home.

Most furniture such as dressers, chests, nightstands, bookcases and armoires are delivered fully assembled. Other furniture such as bed frames, bed kits or bunk beds are shipped RTA (ready to assemble) and will require assembly. Amisco Bed Assembly Instructions:
Amisco beds are assembled from two boxes which contain a headboard, footboard, two steel rails, set of steel crossbars, panels and center support legs. Amisco provides several documents with your new bed which contain both images and text showing how to asseble the bed. The following are documents in you would find included here in PDF form:

Component Materials:
Amisco products are primarily made of superior North American steel, formed in Canada and are painted with lead free paint. Some components are made of solid wood (birch), engineered woods and MDF. Amisco lead-free paints meet US CPSIA and Health Canada regulations. Amisco safety standards are among the highest in the industry and place a premium on designing and producing safe furniture for families everywhere.

Cleaning Information:
Use a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Rinse and wipe dry. Do not use a scouring pad or an abrasive cleanser. This could scratch the paint finish.

Mattresses that can be used on Amisco Beds :
Amisco beds will accommodate the majority of mattresses on the market. These include Tempur-Pedic, Latex, Memory foam, Innerspring and Hybrid styles.

Bed Frame Information:

All of our beds have predrilled holes that allow you to choose what height you want to set up your bed. Bolts use an Allen wrench (provided) for easier assembly helps to avoid stripping and over tightening caused by other types of hardware.


Shown here is a top view of the nylon clips holding the mdf platform sheets. Nylon clip acts as a squeak prevention. In addition to the steel crossbars for support there are sheets of mdf held into place with nylon clips mounted to the side rails.
